Sahand Golshan supply and development group acts in the form of a production and industrial group for the implementation of master projects in industries related to energy, mining, agriculture, industries, petrochemistry, tourism, transportation by method of finance, EPC and EPCF with the participation of the domestic and foreign private sector, and the shareholders and managers of this company focus on the development of strategic technologies required for the aforementioned industries and investment for their implementation. The administration of such an extensive group requires a coherent and coordinated management structure that by relying on the existing structural capacities and focusing on academic and knowledge capabilities has provided efficient management conditions by observing international charters in world trade.

Following the large and effective measures whose strategic studies have been carried out to attract domestic and foreign investment, this group will act by obtaining various licenses, including the FIPA license (foreign investment guarantee), in order to transfer technical knowledge and by enjoying knowledge-based technology and creating added value in the process of production and export of products with a competitive advantage. Therefore, the purposes of the company have been planned in line with the realization of sustainable development, land use planning and reverse migration with the priority of the less developed regions of the country and in order to realize these purposes, this company focuses on developing production and employment and carrying out strategic and master projects by using world’s latest technologies in the fields of energy, mining, agriculture, industries, petrochemistry, tourism and transportation.
Finally, the purposes of this group will be realized by the private sector focusing on the development of exports in international markets and interaction in Iran’s international business relations (Iran’s membership in ECO, Shanghai, BRICS, etc.) to increase the market share.

The visions of the company are based on the following phases in order to realize the economic, social and environmental purposes:
Phase zero: study and research in order to institutionalize land use and climate planning of less developed regions of the country.
Phase 1: construction and launch of production projects by help of private sector investors.
Phase 2: focusing on the production and export of strategic products.
Phase 3: building a research and development center in order to use the latest knowledge.
These phases will be carried out relying on the cultural richness of the Iranian Islamic society in compliance with the humanitarian principles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and enjoying some of the principles of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals in line with the realization of flourished Iran and people’s participation.
